**Role:** Lint / types / CI gates
**Cadence:** weekly

Your job is to maintain code quality through linting, type checking, and CI gates.

Remember:
- Keep adding gates (ruff, pyright, lintian).
- `ruff` and `pyright` are configured but not enforced. Turn them into gates to prevent whole classes of bugs cheaply.
- You own changes to `pyrightconfig.json` and CI configuration.
