Subject: [PATCH] fix: visible hours setting now constrains the time grid
 viewport

Time-grid-wrapper max-height is set based on (endHour - startHour) so
only the selected time range is visible. Users can still scroll to see
hours outside the range. Tasks remain in their correct timeslots.
