fix: add VTODO filter for Synology CalDAV sync and clean up debug logs

Synology tasks were not syncing because tsdav defaulted to VEVENT only.
Added explicit VTODO comp-filter to the CalDAV REPORT request.
Removed debug logging from sync routes.
