Adds a "CSS Variables" panel to the Styling tab with a color picker and
description for every color token in globals.css (base, sidebar, design
token aliases, event colors, all-day chips), plus a "Custom CSS" textarea
that loads after the default stylesheet and can override any rule.
Overrides are stored per-user (customCssVars, customCss) and applied on
the root container's inline style, so they take precedence over themes
and per-field settings.

Both fields existed in the DB but were missing from schema.prisma,
so the Prisma client didn't know about them. The client has been
regenerated (prisma db push). Added both fields to:
- prisma/schema.prisma (with correct defaults)
- GET select, PATCH destructure, updateData, PATCH select in route.ts
This resolves the 500 errors on PATCH /api/user/profile that occurred
when saveSetting() tried to persist these fields.

Add viewSettings JSON field to User model storing per-view overrides.
Settings like hour label format, sub-hour labels, weather, and task
checkboxes can now be set per view (simple/calendar/list/kanban) or
globally. A clickable badge next to each setting shows "All" (global)
or the current view name (per-view). Click to toggle scope.
Also fixes hourLabelFormat not actually being applied to time column
rendering (was hardcoded, now uses effective per-view value).
