feat(magazine): fuse paragraphs across columns/pages, article-aware acronyms, German/English spellcheck

- fuse_paragraph_blocks joins a paragraph split by a column or page break into one
narration block (reader, podcast source and MP3), keeping source regions for highlighting
- language decided once per article; per-article acronym glossary (LLM classifies unknown
acronyms from context), letter-spelled acronym lists, extended DE/EN database
- core/spelling: dictionary findings (compounds, inflections, line-break hyphens, other-language
words), marked in review and listed per page/article; guarded LLM agent fixes; quality run
  now includes the spelling pass
- keep suspended compound hyphens (Programmier- und) when merging regions / building layouts

## [Unreleased]
### Added
- **Paragraphs are fused across columns and pages for narration.** A paragraph that continues into the next column or onto a later page is now one block in the reader and the exported MP3, so a sentence is no longer cut in two at the seam. Words split at the seam are closed up (`jähr-` + `lich`); real compound hyphens are kept; headings, interview turns and finished paragraphs are never glued together. Highlighting still follows the region each sentence began in.
- **Pronunciation & spelling panel (per article).** Acronyms are spoken from the article's language (decided once per article, with per-block override for quotations) using an extended built-in list, letter-by-letter spelling for `USB`/`HDMI`-style acronyms, and an editable per-article glossary. Unfamiliar acronyms are listed with their sentence, and the language model can decide expansion / letters / word from context.
- **German and English spellchecker with fix-or-mark.** Unknown words are underlined in the review list and listed with suggestions per page and per article; click a suggestion (undoable), or *Keep* to add the word to the issue's dictionary. *Fix with language model* corrects only what passes strict guards (a dictionary suggestion, or a known word within two edits) and keeps names/terms; the whole-magazine quality check now runs the same pass and reports pages with words still marked.
### Changed
- `prepare_text_for_tts` accepts the article language and glossary; narration no longer guesses the language per fragment.

Podcast generation is refused for an article you have not approved, because
unreviewed boundaries may include a neighbouring article or an advert.
### One paragraph, one block — even across columns and pages
**Purpose:** a paragraph that continues into the next column or onto a later page is separate regions in the layout. Reading and the MP3 join them before splitting into sentences, so narration never stops mid-sentence at a seam.
**Prerequisites:** none — this happens automatically for every approved article.
**How it works:** consecutive body regions are joined when the first one does not end a sentence and the next one continues it (lower-case start, trailing hyphen or comma, or ending on an article/preposition/conjunction). A word split at the seam is closed up (`jähr-` + `lich` → `jährlich`); a real compound hyphen is kept (`KI-` + `Modelle`). Headings, interview turns and finished paragraphs are never glued together, and a caption or figure description between two fragments is moved after the paragraph.
**Result:** the reading view and the exported MP3 speak the fused paragraph as one block; highlighting and "Original page" still follow the region each sentence started in.
**Errors:** if two paragraphs are wrongly joined or a split is missed, correct the region text or reading order in review; the text is recomputed each time.
**Mobile / accessibility / offline / privacy:** no extra controls; nothing leaves the machine.
### Pronunciation & spelling (per article)
Open an article and expand **Pronunciation & spelling** under the player.
**Acronyms — purpose:** say `NAS`, `ML` or `SSD` the way a listener expects, in the article's language. The language is decided once for the whole article (a short fragment alone is a poor signal); an English quotation inside a German article is spoken with English expansions.
**Steps:** unfamiliar acronyms are listed with the sentence they appear in. Type how the narrator should say one (empty = as printed) — the change applies immediately and stays with the article — or press **Let the language model decide**: it picks *expansion*, *letter by letter* or *as a word* from the sentence's context and, for English acronyms in a German article, prefers the established German term. Only expansions carry model-written words; letters/word choices are decided by the server.
**Known acronyms:** a built-in list covers common German and English ones (`KI`, `AI`, `LLM`, `API`, `GPU`, `USB` → "U S B", `HDMI`, `z. B.` …). The displayed text is never changed.
**Spelling — purpose:** find OCR and typing errors in German and English text without ever rewriting names or technical terms by guess.
**What is flagged:** a word unknown in the text's language, not a known compound (`Softwareentwicklung`), not known in the *other* language (an English term inside a German article is fine), not an acronym, not a name in mid-sentence English, and not a word you kept. A word that recurs three or more times is treated as vocabulary.
**Marked on the page:** in review, flagged words are underlined in the region list and the **Spelling** button lists them for the page with suggestions. In the reading view the same list is under **Pronunciation & spelling**. Click a suggestion to correct the word in the region text (review offers **Undo**), or **Keep** to add it to this issue's dictionary.
**Fixed by an agent:** **Fix with language model** (page or article) asks the configured LLM about each flagged word with its sentence. A correction is applied only if it is one of the dictionary's suggestions or a single known word within two edits of the printed one; names and terms the model keeps go into the issue's dictionary, everything else stays marked. The whole-magazine **Quality check / run** does the same for every page (when an LLM is configured) and lists pages that still have marked words.
**Errors:** "No LLM model configured" — set one in Settings; the marked list still works without it. A stale suggestion ("the text has changed") — reload the list.
**Mobile / accessibility:** the lists are ordinary buttons with labels ("Replace X with Y"); marks are underlined, not colour-only.
**Privacy:** the agent sends only the flagged word and its surrounding sentence to the LLM you configured in Settings; without an LLM nothing leaves the machine.
### Quality check / run (whole magazine)
**Purpose:** find every page where text is not inside a box, boxes overlap or cut off letters, or OCR still looks wrong.

### Magazine MP3 quality pass, part 2 — set 2026-09-28
Findings from the first whole-issue quality run. Every issue found must either be
fixed by an agent (vision re-read / LLM adjudication, never a blind rewrite) or be
marked on the page for a human. Order of work:
1. [x] **Fuse one article's paragraphs into single narration blocks.** A paragraph
that continues into the next column or onto a later page is separate regions today,
so playback and the MP3 split the sentence at the seam. Join the fragments into one
block (keeping the source regions for highlighting) before sentence splitting.
2. [x] **Context-aware acronym converter.** Use the article's language (not a
per-fragment guess) and a per-article glossary: known acronyms come from the
pronunciation database, unknown ones are classified by the LLM from their sentence
(expansion / spelled letters / read as a word) and stay editable.
3. [x] **German and English spellchecker with fix-or-mark.** Per-block language,
tokens unknown in both dictionaries and the user's own dictionary are findings;
a vision re-read and an LLM adjudication fix what they can prove, everything left
is marked on the page with suggestions (accept / ignore / add to dictionary).

and 114 of the measured c't issue). Fragments within one column are still
merged; only a genuine column transition remains as two boxes.
### Narration text: fusion, language, acronyms, spelling
`article_text(..., fuse=True, glossary=...)` is the single source of narratable text for the reader, the podcast
source and the MP3 export.
- **Fusion** (`fuse_paragraph_blocks`). A body paragraph that flows into another column or page is separate
regions; joining them before sentence splitting stops narration at the seam. `paragraph_continues` joins when the
previous fragment has no sentence-ending punctuation and the next starts lower-case, the previous ends in a hyphen or
comma, or it ends on an article/preposition/conjunction (German nouns are capitalised, so lower-case alone is not
enough). Titles, headings, bylines, interview turns (`Label: ...`) and finished paragraphs never fuse. Captions and
figure descriptions between fragments are emitted after the paragraph. A fused block keeps the first region's
id/page/bbox plus `parts` (id, page, bbox, start, end offsets) so the player highlights and jumps to the region each
sentence began in. A hyphen at the seam is dropped for a printed line break and kept for a real compound (`KI-` +
`Modelle`), and the rebuilt word goes through the umlaut repair again.
- **Language** is decided once per article (`detect_article_language`), then overridden per block only when that block
is decisively the other language (`language_for_block`: at least 12 words and three hits for one language, none for
the other).
- **Acronyms.** `core/pronunciations.json` holds per-language expansions and letter-spelled lists; an article's
`glossary` (in `articles.json`) is applied on top and wins. Unknown all-caps tokens (`find_unknown_acronyms`) are
shown with their sentence; the LLM classifies them as expansion / letters / word (`parse_acronym_decisions`): only
`expansion` carries model text, `letters` and `word` are produced server-side, and answers for acronyms that were not
asked about are dropped. The displayed text is never altered — only `spoken_text`.
- **Spelling** (`core/spelling.py`). Findings, not rewrites: a word unknown in its language and in the other one, not a
compound of known parts (`is_known_compound`), not an acronym or camelCase brand, not in the issue's
`dictionary.json`, and not recurring three times. `accept_agent_fix` is the only path by which a model's answer edits
text: the replacement must be a dictionary suggestion or a single known word within two edits, and offsets are
re-verified against the current text (`apply_fix`). The whole-issue quality run applies the same agent per page and
reports remaining words per page (`spelling`, `spelling_fixed`).
### Why server-side, not in the browser
Text extraction for plain PDFs runs client-side (PDF.js), and that stays. Layout
