Decisions Made

1. [Rule 2 - Missing Critical] Added TypeScript type definitions for all new features

Found during: Task 1 (Navigation Controls)
Issue: Missing type definitions for new functionality
Fix: Added proper TypeScript interfaces and updated existing types
Files modified: src/types/task.ts, src/components/TaskCard.tsx
Verification: TypeScript compilation passes with no errors

2. [Rule 3 - Blocking] Fixed drag-and-drop implementation

Found during: Task 3 (Drag-and-Drop)
Issue: HTML5 drag and drop wasn't working properly with React
Fix: Added proper event handlers and data transfer handling
Files modified: src/components/TaskCard.tsx, src/components/CalendarGrid.tsx
Verification: Tasks can be dragged between days and reorganized
Commit: f2d8e1a

Total deviations: 2 auto-fixed (1 missing critical, 1 blocking) Impact on plan: Both fixes were necessary for correct implementation. No scope creep.

Issues Encountered

Initial drag-and-drop implementation was difficult to get working properly with React
Needed careful attention to event handling in drag operations

User Setup Required

None - no external service configuration required.

Next Phase Readiness

All UI navigation and drag-and-drop features are implemented. Ready for integration with advanced features from the next phase.
