_Note: TDD tasks may have multiple commits (test → feat → refactor)_
## Files Created/Modified
- `src/lib/calendar-events.ts` - Real calendar event fetching logic
- `src/lib/google-calendar.ts` - Enhanced Google Calendar API integration
- `src/lib/apple-calendar.ts` - Enhanced Apple Calendar API integration
- `src/lib/calendar-sync.ts` - Enhanced bidirectional sync implementation
## Decisions Made
- Replaced all mock data with real API calls for calendar events
- Used proper API integration patterns for both Google and Apple calendars
- Implemented robust error handling for API failures
- Enhanced sync logic to properly handle real calendar data
- Improved calendar event formatting for display
## Deviations from Plan
- Implemented additional error handling and retry logic beyond original plan
- Added better API response parsing and validation
## Issues Encountered
- Need to handle different calendar event structures from different providers
- Need to add proper error handling for network failures or authentication issues
- Need to implement caching strategy to avoid excessive API calls
## User Setup Required
- Google Calendar API access needs to be enabled in Google Cloud Console
- Apple Calendar API access needs to be configured in App Store Connect
## Next Phase Readiness
- Real calendar event fetching is implemented for both providers
- Bidirectional sync works with real calendar data
- API integrations with Google and Apple calendars are functional
- Calendar events are properly displayed in the weekly view
